THANKS! ANNOUNCES NEW SINGLE RELEASE OF “I CHOOSE YOU” ON FEBRUARY 11th!
Saratoga Springs, NY – Thanks! is proud to announce the release of “I Choose You,” their second single off their upcoming album, “You’re Welcome” on February 11th, 2022. The upcoming album that will be released in the summer of 2022 is the band’s first full-length album.
“I Choose You” was inspired by the special people in our lives. The ones we want to laugh with, cry with and most importantly, dance with. This is a celebration of how those people make us feel and how in a sea of a billion fish, we would choose them over and over again.
The new single was engineered, mixed, and mastered by Brett Portzer of White Lake Music and Post. The song will be available on all streaming platforms on 2/11/2022. A lyric video will also be released on Facebook and YouTube on the same date.
In celebration of the release, Thanks! will be playing their newly released music at Putnam Place on 2/11/2022 as part of the Theo and the London Outfit show with special guests El Modernist and Man Must Explore. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door and includes admission to the Skidmore Hotwalker Party. Doors are at 7 pm with music beginning at 7:30.
“I Choose You is a party packed into three minutes,” Andrew Grella, lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist of Thanks! said. “All we want you to do is grab that special person and dance the night away.”
If you are a fan of The Mighty Mighty Bosstones or Dropkick Murphys you need to check out the band, Thanks! Especially their new single “I Choose You”. It’s a mix of ska punk and alt/rock that comes at a time when we all need to get out, dance and have some fun!” Michelle Moyer Manager Perpetual Vibes
